Travelling by car
Karlsruhe is a central traffic junction, which is quick and easy to reach from all directions via the motorways A 5, A 8 or A 65.
Arriving from the A 5 and A 8 motorways
From the A 8 from Stuttgart, take the A 5 to "Basel", take exit 48 "Karlsruhe-Süd" and follow the signs to the trade fairgrounds ("Messe").
Arriving from the A 65 motorway
The A 65 merges into the B 10. Leave the B 10 at exit 8 and follow the signs to the trade fairgrounds ("Messe").
Parking
A total of 7,000 parking spaces in 3 car parks are available for cars on the grounds of the Trade Fair Centre as well a VIP / press car park. Parking spaces for people with disabilities are available in the first row in car park P1.
The parking fee is EUR 7,00.
Travelling by public transport
From the city center
Line S2, towards Rheinstetten, station "Messe/Leichtsandstraße".
From main station
Line 3 towards Heide or Line 4 towards Waldstadt as far as Europaplatz; change to line S2 towards Rheinstetten, station "Messe/Leichtsandstraße".
From Durlacher Tor
Line S2 towards Rheinstetten, station "Messe/Leichtsandstraße".
Tickets from fare zone 100 are valid for travel as far as station "Messe/Leichtsandstraße" for trade fairs.

Travelling by plane
The ride from the Frankfurt Airport with the ICE-train takes exactly one hour to the main station of Karlsruhe.
Also from Stuttgart Airport the main station of Karlsruhe can be reached in under 2 hours with tram and train. Bus, tram or subway take you further to the fairgrounds.
During DeburringEXPO 2023 a free express bus shuttle is running from Karlsruhe main station to the trade fairgrounds regularly for you. Here you can find the timetable.
